Refund Policy

Your first session is free and needs no card, so you can try Talkora before paying anything.

Memberships

• Cancel at any time from your account. Your membership then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and does not renew.
• We do not pro-rate part-months.
• If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and have not used any credits from it, email us and we will refund that payment in full.

Bundles

• Unused bundle credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
• Once a credit has been used for a session it is not refundable.

Sessions we cancel

If we cancel a session, most often because too few people joined, the credit goes straight back to your balance. If that happens repeatedly and you would rather have your money back, email us and we will sort it out.

Sessions you miss

A credit is spent when you attend a session. If you cannot make one you have booked, tell us as early as you can so we can offer the seat to someone else.

How to request a refund

Email talkoraenglish@gmail.com from the address on your account. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within five to ten business days.

These terms do not affect statutory rights you may have under the consumer law of your own country.
